PURE CLASS PILATES DEFINED

At Pure Class we teach dynamic reformer pilates, a high intensity total body workout that focuses on strengthening the core whilst toning and lengthening the body’s muscles.

Dynamic pilates is a resistance based exercise that uses springs to strengthen and stretch the whole body allowing you to develop strong, flexible and lean muscles.

PILATES IS FOR MEN TOO

Pilates was developed in the early 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. Joseph was an ex-boxer and gymnast who, during the first world war, saw the need to improve the rehabilitation program for casualties.
Pilates was born – designed to aid injured soldiers in regaining their health by strengthening, stretching, and stabilising key muscles.
